1. Download/use of software is free despite any messages otherwise. Your Operator has approved this download.
  2. First download of, and subsequent usage of, MyClick Software is provided free of charge to the mobile phone user by MyClick Media Limited.
  3. All charges for data transmission (e.g. GPRS, SMS, etc.) are also waived by the Mobile Phone Operator when correctly used with a valid MyClick campaign. This condition is subject to the final decision of the Mobile Phone Operator and may be revoked at any time without notice.
  4. All title and copyrights in and to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT (including but not limited to any images, photographs, animations, video, audio, music, text, information, messages, trademarks, logos, names and "applets" incorporated into the SOFTWARE PRODUCT), the accompanying printed materials, and any copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT are owned by MyClick Media Limited or its suppliers. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions.
  5. MyClick Media Limited expressly, to the extent permitted by law, disclaims any responsibility and warranty for the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and the associated media mentioned above. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT and any related documentation is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non infringement. The entire risk arising out of use or performance of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT remains with you.
  6. In no event shall MyClick Media Limited or it's suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, even if MyClick Media Limited has been advised of the possibility of such damages, or from errors or deficiencies in it whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
  7. 2G users with 3HK are not currently supported by MyClick and will be subject to airtime and data transmission charges by 3HK.
  8. To download this software means to accept the terms and conditions.
  9. If there is any difference between the Chinese and English versions, the English version shall be taken as definitive.
